All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Gift boxes, jewelry and food are non-returnable. For all other items, Blackbird General has a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Blackbird General item, within the first 2 weeks after your order has been received, we will refund, replace, or exchange your product. Please see our returns page for more information.

If you need to make any changes to your order within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you are based in the Los Angeles area, you can place your order for pickup at our Calabasas store. If you are ordering a gift box, we can provide local delivery services within certain distances. Please contact us when placing an order.

We do not accept order cancellations.

Please check with your neighbors to see if they accidentally took your package. Usually this is the case or the package will turn up in the following days. The first step would be to contact the postal carrier and submit a missing package claim. Unfortunately, once we send out your item, it is in the hands of the postal carrier and is no longer our responsibility.
